I've bought and sold a 2 bedroom condo in Hoboken and purchased an historic home in Chester, NJ. I am specifically interested in investing in Grand Rapids, Western Michigan, and Metro Detroit Suburbs. I am interested in turn-key properties including multifamily and even owner-occupying a multi family.
