I am 39 years old from Ramseur, NC. I coached high school & elementary aged soccer as my profession for 9 years prior to Real Estate. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart and we have 2 children. I golf 4 times a week & enjoy the relationships that can be cultivated on the course. I started a Real Estate Investment business in 2010 in the Winston-Salem, NC area & we have grown our portfolio to 100+ doors in that time. In the Spring of 2023 I published my first book called 'The Book on Relational Real Estate' which can be found on Amazon. This book is filled with personal stories of getting started and the relationships forged along the way. It reiterates the fact that you do not need tens of thousands of dollars to get started and you can do so without squashing others along the way.
