I left an IT management job in late 2012 and opened a property management company with a location in Charleston and in Greer. I'm looking forward to growing the business, buying more rental properties and networking with like minded people. Experience: I have been in the single and multi-family property management and real estate investing business since 2001 and am a Professional Member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Originally from Charleston, SC, I moved to Alabama in 1995 and then on to Illinois in 1996 where I lived for almost 5 years while my husband was on active duty in the US Navy. I experienced and understand the challenges of moving to a new state and starting all over building relationships, contacts, etc. I returned to my home state of SC in 2001 and bought my first rental property. Real Estate Goals: Continue to build property management company and add 1-2 rental holdings each year. Currently Seeking: Properties in Greenville, Spartanburg & Charleston, SC and surrounding areas
