Hi! Thank you for visiting my profile! I am Michelle, a House Hacker located in Chicago, IL. My husband and I are currently on our third house hack! As a REALTOR I have helped other investors house hack, purchase buy and hold properties as well as acquire and sell flips. We also run a vending machine company based out of Cicero, IL. We are also looking for a laundromat in the city of Chicago to purchase! A little more about me: I earned my undergraduate business degree in finance with a concentration in Real Estate and market investments from East Carolina University. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and Indiana. With years of experience as an accountant, I am very savvy and passionate about teaching others personal finance habits and creating generational wealth. Through knowledge of the market and building relationships, I help property owners achieve their investment goals. I have assisted new and seasoned real estate investors make the most return on their money when purchasing and selling investment properties. From the beginning of my real estate career, together with property owners, I have flip countless single-family homes, successfully selling them for top dollar. Likewise, I've helped newbie investors purchase their first buy and hold multifamily property. I love the idea of building momentum through the real estate investing strategy called "house hacking" in which the owner buys and lives in a multifamily property to live for free or close to free! Not only do I have experience working with investors and investment properties but I am also an active investor myself. I've had 4 vacation rentals, house hacked and am always building our buy and hold portfolio. Most recently we purchased our first single family home in my hometown of Charlotte, NC to rent out as a short term rental. The bonus is it's only 10 minutes from my parents so it really is a second home when we need it! I truly believe real estate can be the path to wealth for everyone!
