I've been thru the ups and downs of the industry and have experience in both personally and professionally. Experience: I've owned several homes since 1998 and many I lived in and many I flipped. I've owned rental properties that I eventually sold, foregoing the long-term action (wish I still had them). I ran a remodeling business for a few years, so I am knowledgeable in regards to building construction, electrical systems, and era-specific common defects. I've been a Realtor for Keller WIlliams Puyallup off and on since 2005, but decided to move on from that aspect of the business in 2018 as I've come to realize I don't enjoy being a salesman.
