I moved to DFW area 2 years ago and just opened my REI business last year. I kept my property in CA and I'm currently renting it our for added income. Started flipping homes in the DFW area hoping to sell it early in Jan. Once that sells, I'm onto the 2nd and 3rd as soon as possible to at least 4 properties within the year. Once I get the flipping process down, I look to fix and rent hoping to get 4 a year and the rotate them out growing the value and quality of rentals expanding to 10 properties by 2018. Looking to get to that point that my rental/business income exceeds my personal income and I can retire.
