Hello. I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. I went to college in Oregon and law school back east. I am developer and property manager in Portland, Oregon. I like skiing, sailing and camping. Experience: I've worked for several years as a development consultant. We obtain building and development permits or land use approvals in coordination with owners and design teams. I've even painted houses. I have developed 10 residential units and have another 30 in the pipeline. I have an 22,000sqft adaptive reuse project in development in inner SE Portland. I also provide property management for a small portfolio of residential properties. I've been around real estate all my life. My family and friends work in real estate or have investment real estate of their own. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to accumulate a portfolio of multi-family properties to provide passive income. I also want to help others invest successfully whenever possible. My focus will be in the Portland metro area including Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties. Currently Seeking: I am presently seeking multi-family properties in the Portland metro region with value-add potential. I would like to leverage seller and partner financing to turn a good project into a great investment. Do you know an exhausted landlord or like-minded investor I need to meet? I also want to help other investors in the area solve problems and put together great deals.
