He has two bachelor's degrees in civil and environmental engineering from UC Irvine and a master's degree in environmental engineering from Stanford University. He has been a passive investor in diverse opportunities in real estate assets such as multifamily, senior living, office, and single-family residential in various geographic markets in the U.S. In addition, he has investment experience in alternative assets, hard money lending, and notes.
