We are a husband and wife duo that invests in real estate, mainly in the Lee County area, including Fort Myers, Estero, San Carlos Park, Bonita Springs. We are multi-faceted investors that conducts business with wholesaling, buy and hold, rehab fix and flip. Our primary fix and flip strategy is we want to make modern homes more affordable. Specialties: Real estate investing. Buying and selling residential real estate with creative financing strategies. Wholesaling real estate to other investors. We also buy, rehab/fix and flip. Experience: We control 3 rental property and manage them. We have also wholesaled several property in Lee County. Real Estate Goals: Our main strategy is buy and hold. We have several rental properties in Fort Myers that we also manage. We want to hold properties for passive income. We also like to Wholesale. We are looking to help residents by buying their house for cash, then typically updating and modernizing them. This improves the neighborhoods and raises surrounding property values. We have also come across seller-financing deals, which keeps us out of banks and work one-on-one with the seller, which we enjoy. Our goal is to create win-win-WIN situations for everyone involved. Currently Seeking: We are seeking like minded investors and wholesalers who are interested in building long term successful relationships. We are also looking to build a team of many individuals, including: A Title Company who is investor friendly, accepts simultaneous closings, has experience in dealing with judgments, liens and lenders for revisions. Real Estate agents who are assertive and willing to run comps and BPOs. Also research of high cash sales and listing on MLS when needed. Transactional Funding and/or Hard Money Lenders. CASH BUYER who are looking for great deals! We come across a lot of deals that we are looking to wholesale. We would like to build our buyers list locally and out of state.
