I am Nick Garcia my friends call me Moe . My day job right now is a High School teacher for student with Autism and severe Intellectual disabilities. I became a real estate agent in Janurary of 2016, to make extra money. But the universe had its own plan. That April my wife and I got the awesome news that we are going to be parents. So now we are parents of not 1, not 2, but 3 beautiful spontaneous identical triplet girls. Knowing our teacher salary just would not cut it , My wife and I created a real estate investment company. We are new to Real estate investing and are looking to get going on some deals. So we can learn how to make consistent deals.
