My name is Mohamed Hassan. A family man and soccer fan. I’m also a man of faith who’s goal is to touch the hearts of those around me, I’ve been selling high tech software & hardware professionally for over seven years after graduating college. I saved up my commission and paid off debt, saved cash, & invest in real estate. I bought my first home back in 2018 after my parents rented for over 25 years. I ended up selling that property and making over 100K in equity. It was a single home and I financed it with a FHA loan. My family was living with me so I was able to house hack. I was only paying $500 a month and building equity while giving my family a decent place to live. Currently on the lookout for a another home to NVS and give my mother a better place to live.
