Currently learning the basics of real estate investing through the BP forum and available resources with the goal of becoming a successful real estate investor and eventually being able to contribute and mentor others in the Bigger Pockets community. I currently have a full time job that is not related to real estate (Biotech industry) and would be appreciative of any support and mentoring I can get. I would primarily like to enter the market through house hacking but also interested in buy and hold investing as well as short term rentals. I am located in San Jose, California and would love to connect with other investors in the area that have similar interests.
