Nichole Mollica is a licensed real estate agent, real estate investor, residential rehabilitation specialist, serial small business entrepreneur, registered nurse and mother of 2.
She has extensive experience in advanced cardiac and critical care nursing with a secondary focus in end of life care. Always wanting to affect real change in the world, Nichole is in the planning and development stages of Peaceful Seasons; a large scale nonprofit assisted living long term care community that supports clients from the entry point of independent minimal assist condo living space, all the way through assisted living, to medically supported long term care, and finally a hospice home setting at the middle of the community complex with full medical capabilities to allow clients to live out their last days in peace, with dignity, and surrounded by their loved ones, in the community they are a part of.
After a career changing injury, Nichole began to shift her focus to real estate in order to fund this major project goal.
She obtained her license to practice real estate in Massachusetts. With a focus in Residential Real Estate Investment, Rehab and Sales, as well as helping homeowners who have found themselves “underwater” in their home mortgage, and probate and estate liquidation to help executors move through the process more easily to allow them to focus on their needs and their families in a time of grieving.
She is a serial small business entrepreneur and has been an integral part of several start-ups in recent years.
Nichole’s present goals are to continue to rehabilitate residential properties and revitalize neighborhoods as well as to bring her long time vision of building the first assistive community to fruition through angel investors, and donations to the nonprofit Peaceful Seasons.
When not working, you will find Nichole spending time with her family, traveling, learning, teaching, and grooming her children for a life of independent entrepreneurship and social and environmental responsibility.
