Molly H.

I am from Richmond, VA (though currently live in northern VA near Tyson’s Corner) and I have had several commercial, buy and hold, and flipped properties but am looking to add to my portfolio in Virginia and western NC. I currently have LTRs (SFHs only). I am primarily interested in multi family properties and SFHs. I have a regular day job now but plan to stop the corporate job in the next few years. I'm a solid carpenter/builder, mechanic, gardener, manager, decorator, and contractor, and I enjoy getting my hands dirty with reno projects. I'd love to connect with other investors near me and always interested in connecting with wholesalers, contractors, RE agents, lenders, and other finance and RE professionals.
