I have been working full time in the Real Estate Industry since 2007. As an agent, I work almost exclusively with investors and do a little investing myself, so I understand the challenges. ~I Stage my listings as part of my listing services at no extra charge. ~ I moderate the DOA ( Deals, Offers, Analysis) Focus Group for Upstate Carolina REIA. ~I consult on rehabs to help owners decide what to do and what not to do to get best ROI. ~I have a BS from Clemson University in Management with emphasis in Marketing. ~ I have Associate degrees in Merchandising and Engineering Technology ~I work the entire Upstate of South Carolina From Oconee to Gaffney. ~I have taught other agents how to list a property at Greater Greenville Association of Realtors. ~Chad Carson and John Underwood, Bigger Pockets bloggers, are my clients. ~I constantly study consumer behavior trends and housing trends. ~I care about my clients. ~I'm passionate about what I do and fun to work with.
