. I am from Miami Fl and have been in the Real Estate business over 15 years , as a Property Manager and more recently as an investor. I acquired a small apartment building in 2015 and must say managing has been quite easy,as I managed in the 200-500 unit range. I have gained an even further understanding of differences in the management and investor perspective, which has provided me with more tools to manage and increase my NOI.
