Monica Massey

Being a Real Estate Investor for many years, I worked closely with most of the other professionals in the real estate investment field. Later, I married a Master Floor Technician, with 35 years experience in the flooring industry as a his specialized trade. He, however, can vouch for over 65 % of his residential projects required skills beyond flooring - much more resembleming the skills demanded of a CONTRACTOR. Of course, he advanced his skill set to complete the contractor requirements and completed a great number of small renovations in investment properties over the years. With a background in project management, I found a love for the projects targeted with investment properties, mainly because they generally focus on the specialized trades and interior finishes. 2 years at SCAD, learning the art of design has produced a great asset for my own personal investment properties and the properties of many other investors over years. I have worked as a project manager over renovations, upgrades and repair/upkeep projects on a number of properties with a scope as small as painting and floor repair to completely gutting & renovating many homes. I have established a tremendous network of people and have secured outstanding pricing in each of the finishes, obviously proving a priceless perk for the investors that I have worked with. I am now looking to add a few properties to my portfolio. That is in addition, of course, to my genuine desire to continue working with and for other investors...from brain storm to move in, lease or sell of their investment property. I can help you learn the things to avoid, the ways to save money, the places to upgrade, manage the entire process, offer special pricing, make recommendations, analyze the various options that push the amount of return and a plethora of other decisions/tasks involved in this process.
