Hello all! I'm Monica, an Attorney and Real Estate Investor. Experience: I have been in real estate in some form or fashion for quite a while. I was a real estate agent in the 1990s, then a property manager of an 85 unit LIHTC property for almost 10 years. I was a mayoral appointed board commissioner for a senior citizens housing facility for 3 years and then a high volume Florida foreclosure attorney for 5 years.
