My husband and I started buying our own investment properties in Detroit in 2007. It went so well for us that I acquired my RE license and then we started a property management business in 2015. We bought houses, renovated them, placed tenants, and sold the houses to investors all over the world. In 2020 we sold our property management business. We now focus on buying, renovating, and selling Detroit properties. We have vetted a few different property managers that we can refer our investor-buyers to use upon purchasing our properties.
