Montego Germany

Hello, my name is Montego Germany Jr., Veteran and Co-founder of WR+CO. Newbie investor, looking to get my hands on my first deal in the next 3 months, no later than June 15th. I've been reading and studying real estate since 2016, I'm currently in school soon to be a licensed real estate agent in Texas. Some of my short term goals are to get my first fix and flip under my belt and get my hands on a four-plex here in the future as part of my first deals. Ultimately looking to build my cashflow and net worth to get into my first apartment complex on the road to financial freedom.
