👋 I’m Montse, a Business Loan Broker at JaniyuHome, helping real estate investors secure financing for projects in the U.S. Our story actually started from the investor side. We were exploring real estate investment opportunities from the Netherlands and, through that process, we quickly realized how important financing is in any real estate deal. Finding the right structure, understanding lender requirements, and knowing how to present a deal can make the difference between moving forward and losing an opportunity. Along the way, a business partner introduced us more deeply to the lending and brokerage side of the industry. That opened a completely new path for us — and we discovered that we genuinely enjoy this part of the business. Today, JaniyuHome focuses on helping investors navigate financing and connect with the right lending options for their projects. We still keep real estate investing very much in our sights, but financing has become a field we are truly passionate about. At JaniyuHome, we work with financing programs including Fix & Flip, DSCR, Bridge Loans, BRRRR, New Construction, and Commercial Real Estate. We work with both U.S. investors and foreign investors living outside the United States who want to finance real estate investments in the U.S. We help them understand their financing options and guide them through the process from the initial scenario to closing. And because communication matters, we can assist you in Spanish, English, Dutch, or Catalan.
