I'm actually English. I moved here with my now ex-wife and this is my new home. It's warmer here, as are the people to be honest and it's a beautiful place to live (I'm on the Florida panhandle which has incredible beaches and a slower pace). I bought and rehabbed an investment property recently and am working on my next deal. I work in a small community on the Gulf of Mexico and am working toward being financially free through real estate.
