I Just discovered 'Bigger Pockets' a few years ago! Wish I found that 20 years ago! what an incredible resource. My passion for Real Estate is off the charts again, with this new inspiration..You guys are the best. Experience: Started out property managing film location properties in LA for movies and commercials: Residential locations, as well as the Historic Ambassador Hotel, Queen of Angels Hospital, Bradbury building (Blade Runner) and a few others. Moved to Colorado, and got my Broker's license in 1993; Top Producing Realtor during the next 10 years in Boulder and the mountains surrounding. Flipping a couple of properties per year and buying and holding about 1 per year. Then moved to Idaho, where I focused on Green Building and flipping, for the next 10 years, used Real Estate License for personal deals. Then moved to Connecticut for a year to remodel a beautiful old Inn. Currently looking for flips and buy and holds in NY, MA, CT, VT, MT. Real Estate Goals: Passive income of $120k per year, so I can focus on more and more flips and investments. Need to leverage my existing investments, as I've got equity and not enough cash flow. Currently Seeking: I have the skills for flips, and some equity I can borrow against. looking for investors and partners.
