I work full time in a big financial firm as a director of Technology and recently became interested in real state investment. Experience: I just bought my First apartment in Hoboken and looking to learn more about real state. Real Estate Goals: I would like to gain passive income through real state and gradually grow my portfolio to 10 to 20 units Currently Seeking: Looking for Multi Family or Condos in areas in NJ with decent appreciation.
