I was accidentally successful at live-and-flip and it saved my a$s when I was laid off at the beginning of 2026. The profit gave me a cushion to go all-in on real estate and I became a licensed real estate agent and as of the writing of this, have purchased two homes to flip. One is wrapping up and the other is under contract. My goal is to flips 2-3 houses, buy one has a LTR, rinse and repeat. My background is in animal welfare and shelter dogs will always have my heart. You could say I have an eye for the underdog and while that used to literally mean dogs, it now also applies to houses. I am spot a diamond in the rough (ruff) a mile away.
