Well to start off im glad there is a site like this where like minded people can share there experiences and seek new adventures in making money through real estate. I have two degrees - bachelors in accounting and a masters in taxation. i currently own and manage a commercial hvac business. I have been involved in many construction projects and have learnt a great deal in construction - managing a project, dealing with other trades and dealing with architects, clients and engineers. I really enjoy meeting new people and learning as much as i can from them. its always good to keep an open mind when it comes to anything in life especially business. I have been investing in the stock market since 2003 and have had many successes. i do believe there are ways to be successful in any kind of investing so long as you understand what your investing in. ultimately real estate is the best place to put money. like mark twain said buy land they arent making any more of it.
