Thomas Ruf

I've been in Real Estate for over 20 years. First hand experience operating as a Loan Officer for KB Homes (San Antonio, TX), Beazer Homes (Ft. Myers, FL), and DR Horton (Atlanta, GA). Obtained RE License in Knoxville, TN in 2014 to learn contracts and local markets. Dropped license in 2018 (no longer needed). Flipped a few homes between Atlanta and Knoxville. Managing only a few currently (long-term). Looking to build portfolio as a cash buyer or help other landlords as a property manager. Anyone interested in selling their house, renting, or in need of a property manager send me a message. May consider investing in commercial.
