I've been in the real estate development and construction business for over 20 years with significant experience in all facets of the real estate industry. I'm currently the Founder of Motor City Design Build a full service Construction Management and home renovation company. Motor City Design Build is a licensed and insured General Contractor in the state of Michigan. Prior to founding Motor City Design Build, I founded TRiTON Companies, a full service real estate investment and development company. Since 2002 TRiTON Companies was directly involved in over $500 million dollars of real estate transactions including all product types throughout the Unites States and Canada. One of the most noteworthy properties that Brent developed was Hyatt Resort’s flagship $100 million Private Residence Club known as The Hyatt Siesta Key Beach Resort located in Sarasota Florida.
