I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Portland, OR and am also a buy and hold investor. Life is good because I get to live and breathe real estate every day, and I LOVE it!! Experience: First time home buyers, sellers, property management, multifamily investment, condos. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to seek profitable long term rentals. Buy and hold.
