Miles Pellazar

I currently live in Orange County, CA and was born and raised on the island of Maui. I am a newcomer to real estate investing. I am currently seeking light value-add cash-flowing multifamily (4-50 unit) opportunities in the Midwest, Mountain West and Southeast regions for buy and hold. In the near term (1-3 yrs) I am aspiring to create a $10,000+ a month income stream from a cash-flowing portfolio of MF rental properties that will also serve to beautify and uplift the local community. I currently work for a world-renowned science, engineering, and R&D institute in Southern California with plans to retire in a few years and return home to Maui where I hope to continue investing in real estate and give back to the local community.
