I became fascinated with real estate investing when I realized the power of sweat equity after buying my first home at age 22, fixed it up myself, and rented it out. I love to do the renovations myself and enjoy learning as I go. I currently have one SFR, completed a live in flip, and am house hacking a duplex while remodeling it. I would like to continue the process of buying duplexes, fixing them up while living in them for a year, then renting them out.
