I have completed more than ten transactions now. Currently active duty military and trying to increase passive cashflow to replace my W2 income by the time of retirement in 5 years. Recently sold my first two SFHs utilizing a 1031 with the goal of moving into the commercial RE space. My focus is on long term rentals and gaining experience in the multi family space and gain a track record for myself to eventually manage syndications with OPM. I currently have 7 units after recently selling a couple SFHs. Highest unit count at one time was 9.
