I love real estate and what it can do. I have had a taste with two rentals (1 in WV, 1 in UT) plus a basement apartment in my primary residence. Between the cash flow and tax benefits it's really a no brainer to get more involved. Looking to expand in Charleston, WV (one under contract now - 5/2023) and would like to possibly partner with someone in the area. Engineer by trade, REI by passion.
