I'm a full time real estate syndicator that specializes in acquiring distressed underperforming commercial multifamily assets. We reposition these assets and stabilize them with blue collar working class citizens. I work with everyday individuals educating them how they can receive above average returns by creatively investing in multifamily other than using traditional models of investing such as 401k, IRA, Cds. Over the years we have been able to over perform the stock market giving our investors an opportunity to achieve their financial goals much faster achieving ultimate financial freedom.
