I changed my sphere of influence and purposely connected with like-minded people, I am able to venture out and do what I have sat around far too long only to see other do what I should have been doing. I am now working with rent to own buyers and sellers, REO/Foreclosure properties, Lease Options and Seller Financing. I love Real Estate and I love helping people accomplish what others said could not be done. I hope to see you on the top and here is to staying ahead of the game.
