I've always been interested in real estate. I worked in the golf industry for nearly 20 years and being laid off from my corporate golf job was the catalyst for embarking on my real estate journey. I began as a flipper and flipped a condo in early 2017 where I learned more than I earned and paid a hefty tuition to the school of hard knocks. After that, I moved onto wholesaling where I was better able to manage my expenses. While wholesaling I encountered a phenomenon where people kept wanting retail prices for their houses. It only took a few of these instances to start me on my way to getting my license. I passed my real estate exam and signed on with Latitude Realty and Property Management where I am able to dedicate my working hours towards what I am passionate about; multi-family investment properties! I've always been one who likes sharing with people and helping them achieve their goals (which is why I became a PGA Golf Instructor). Now my focus is real estate.
