I've been involved in this industry seriously for the past 8 years as an investor. I got involved over 10yrs ago when I was an IBEW electrician back in Chicago and was introduced to birddogging. From there I got more educated and moved to wholesaling, rehabbing and helping others acquire turnkey, rented properties.
