Hi! My name is Virgil, Me and my husband have 4 properties that we currently own two are rental properties and I in New york is used for my Daycare Business and rental. I am currently thinking about investing in more rental properties and looking for business loans to invest and do renovation on the properties. I love being involved with real estate, I like the freedom, I like buying properties, I like looking for properties, Me and my husband are also involved in a lot of renovation to the properties. We purchased a property in Bushwick Brooklyn in 1981, we purchased a 2 family house for $27,000, It was not a very desirable neighborhood but today that 2 family house is worth over a million dollars. I learn from that purchase that a neighborhood can go down but so far, but at some point it have to come back up. I also realize that location is very important. If I never got another loan on this house I already got $400,000.00 from this property. This was a great investment, I also learn that some properties are worth holding on to.
