Jim Zimmerman

I just bought my first rental property and will be taking some time testing out what works and what doesn't until I have a good system that I am comfortable with managing properties, identifying deals and finding and maintaining financial partners with the ultimate goal of obtaining several buy and hold properties. I work full-time as a salesman for a staffing and recruiting firm in southern Wisconsin. I also own a company with my wife called Zimmerman Management Group that does medical billing for mental health facilities and has a respite/ daily living skills service for families with autistic children. I also wrote a book called New to B2B about basic sales process in an outside business to business setting. My wife Maryann and I have three children (blended family) 8, 10 and a 19 year old who attends the University of Whitewater. We are LDS (Mormon) and are pretty active in our church and community. For fun we like to do any kind of challenging mud runs as a family, go skydiving, scuba diving, rock climbing and camping. I try to ride my motorcycle wearing full gear as often as I can.
