Real Estate Goals: We will purchase 5 buy & hold units each year to reach our freedom number. We will reach an income goal of $10,000 per month. In 10 years. We will own at least 50 rental Properties each earning a positive cash flow of $200-$300 per month. We will reach our lifetime goal in 10 years we will need to purchase at least 5 rental properties per year.
