IT Systems Administrator/Unintended Real Estate Investor. I kind of fell into REI. Started a 2 year house build in June 2006 when I bought a fire damged house down the street from my primary residence. The plan was to sell the old house and move into the new. In Dec of 2008 our old house was worth 50% of purchase... We all know the story here. Rented it out and started buying foreclosures in my neighborhood. And now IT is no longer a passion of mine, just a JOB.
