I am 46 years young and have been working in Telecommunications for 20 years under the earned income model. I am eagerly wanting to move into the passive income sector and wanting to learn as much as possible here. 4/24/2019- I am 48 years old and have built a passive real-estate cashflow income of 5200 per month. Have been busy this past year...thanks to everyone here and a lot of hard work. Don't plan on letting up anytime soon. 1/1/2019- Up to 6 Rentals now cashflowing 5904 per month after PM fees. Just purchased next rental and will be up to 6571 per month no later than end of March. ;) 5/26/2021- Quit my W2 in Telecommunications on March 1st 2021. Now up to 13 rentals that will cashflow over 11k per month after pm fees after these last two wholesale deals get finished. I DO NOT plan on slowing down anytime soon. Want to scale into Multi-Family! Experience: I do not have any experience with real estate investing other than purchasing another home that our son live in. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to replace our income so that I can live off property income going forward. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking advice and a real estate life coach that understands how to run this business.
