Experience: Mil started against all odds with his first property in June 2013 which he house hacked with roommates and later turned into a successful flip. Six months after his first acquisition, Mil raised private money to acquire a bank owned multi family building at huge discount with only $500 in rehab costs. Mil later started a property management company self managing his rentals. In 2015 he acquired a 10-unit apartment complex with no money out of his pocket and walked away with $30,000 at the closing table. Mil now coaches select clients and holds a portfolio consisting of single family and multi family residential real estate in Alabama and Georgia. In 2018 we started a private lending company that works with real estate investors to create win win solutions. In 2021 we started acquiring commercial properties, strip centers and convenience stores in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
