Just closed on my first single family rental in Montgomery, AL in July 2020 and plan to BRRRR my way to freedom. I have always been passionate about real estate investing as the way to true generational wealth. I purchased my first duplex in Arizona several years ago and want to get back into the game. I am a City Planner by trade. I was also the owner of PlanRight Consulting, LLC in Phoenix, AZ, where I assisted developers in securing design approval and land use entitlements for large scale residential, commercial and industrial projects. I have also owned two successful businesses. My short-term goal is to buy and hold single family rentals and 2-4 unit value-add properties in B/C neighborhoods for forced appreciation and cash flow via BRRRR. My long-term goal is to leverage my single family rentals into a cash-out refi portfolio loan and then purchase multifamily apartment buildings. Then quit the W2 job, spend more time with my family, go surfing on a random Tuesday when everyone else is at work and invest full time. Always interested in networking and learning from others.
