I have been in RE Investing a bit in the past mainly from helping friends and family who are investors but being a military spouse made it hard to be in one spot too long so pursued another career for many years. I have past experience in doing fix and flips, sub to's and one complete rehab project. I have also recently gained an interest in commercial real estate as well. Now that I have no more moves to make, it is time to get more serious about wholesaling, investing, tax liens, judgements and hoping to find a few people to partner with and learn from. In return I offer experience in areas of marketing, digital sales strategies (chatbots, funnels,etc) I can run comps, take photos, write content and other things my mentee may need but not have time to do.
