I'm 27, and Happily married .I live in Louisville KY and work for my fathers tree company (Shults Tree Service) and I am a part time FedEx driver. I work hard and am building my real estate foundation by reading and studying as much as I can. Experience: I purchased my first home when I was 19 when they were giving away the 8k tax credit. it is now being rented out, along with my other property I'm starting to gain momentum. Real Estate Goals: I plan on owning about 10 SFR. My plan is based on 15 years starting in 2015. I own 2 as of now, and I'm looking into using my personal home as one one too. I never would've been in this position w/o BP. Awesome feeling Currently Seeking: My next SFH, which could be my own personal residence!
