Linda Smith

It started with a need and then became a passion. Finding distressed houses or distressed homeowners looking for the exit door and willing to hand over the equity in exchange for their freedom to walk. I am an outside the box problem solver, highly creative thinker, I have proven leadership skills with a knack for exploding a niche market into mainstream must-haves. Previously owner/operator/entrepreneur of a doll company for twelve years and creative director before that.
