I am a 46 year old real estate investor currently passively investing in 420 doors and owner of 49 doors in 2 states. I am an outdoor enthusiast and want to retire debt free in 6 years. Experience: I have been buying and holding properties in Colorado and New Mexico for 19 years. I currently rent out all the properties. Real Estate Goals: My real estate goals have change a bit over the last few years. After listening to Dave Ramsey the last 5 years I am all about paying off my only debt and that is real estate. In the next 4 years I will have 50k a month passive income and be financially debt free. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking for apartments or trailer parks in the Farmington and Durango areas.
