Hi! My name is Michael Riesner. I am 25 years old and I am a Pharmaceutical rep with a passion for real estate investing! I am a former Division 1 baseball player in New York. Raised in Chicago! I am currently househacking my first property that I closed on in April 2020. It is a duplex in Carolina Beach, North Carolina that I will live in one unit and Airbnb the other. I am looking for: - small multi-family -- 4-plex, triplex or duplex - owner occupied loan for as little money down as possible - cash flow, cash flow, cash flow - value add opportunities - long term partnerships! investors, agents, lenders, insurance folks, cpa's, attorneys, property managers, contractors, investor groups and meet ups, mentors, title folks, appraisers, etc ....
