Can't sleep at night because Real Estate is on your brain, join the club. If you go in with partners, make sure everyone's roll is on paper and agreed to BEFORE you sign the paperwork. You may need to remind everyone multiple times. Or don't add partners, they can suck the life from you. I'd rather not have too many cooks in the kitchen, keep things simple.
